The first intellectual output is a research study based on a questionnaire applied to medical personnel from the three participating countries in order to establish the level of information they posses in regards to bad news communication protocols and techniques. The questionnaire includes 20 question items and produced a multidimensional scale for assessing the level of information of medical personnel regarding the communication of bad news and how this communication affects or influences them personally and professionally.
